- Two forms of identification, at least one of which contains a photograph (one form must be from the “primary” list, in addition to the Social Security card) or three forms of non-photo identification (one form must be from the “primary” list, in addition to the Social Security card)

- Probation or release documents issued by state or federal department of correction with photo ID card issued by the same authority, or felon ID card issued by the sheriff of the county of the applicant’s release
- Employment authorization document with valid Social Security card
- Valid visa (with supporting documents) authorizing presence in the United States for a period exceeding 30 days
- Valid I-94 arrival/departure record issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security
- Original I-797 (notice of action) issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, showing approval of change of status or extension of stay
- Original I-797 (notice of action) issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, evidencing timely filing of an extension petition
- Social Security card (original) - required of all applicants who have been assigned and/or are eligible for the assignment of a Social Security number by the Social Security Administration

- Proof of payment of residential property tax (Homestead)
- Previous year tax returns bearing applicants address
- Vehicle registration bearing applicants name and address
- Utility bill (Water, Gas, or Electric) less than 90 days old
- Any State or Federal Court documents indicating residence address
- School enrollment documentation
- Defense Department Form 214 (Report of Separation)
- Sex offender registration documents
- Current Homeowners insurance policy with name and address
- Social Security benefits statements/summary mailed to physical address
- U.S. or State Government check or other document mailed to applicants physical address
- Military Orders documenting duty station and place of residence.
*If utility bills or other similar documents feature the name of the applicant's spouse or parent, the applicant must produce a marriage certificate or birth certificate verifying residence address.
